|
- Direct and manage the Die Casting project development from beginning to end
全程指導、管理大型壓鑄機械設(shè)備項目的進程
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with HQ project team and management
與瑞士總部項目團隊及管理層合作,確定項目的范圍、目標和設(shè)備
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents;
開發(fā)全面的項目計劃及相關(guān)交流文件;
- Liaise with porject stakeholder on an ongoing basis;
與項目各個環(huán)節(jié)的職能部門保持即時聯(lián)絡(luò);
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary;
起草、提交項目草案,并在必要時對預(yù)算變更提出建設(shè)性建議;
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel;
給相對應(yīng)的同事委派工作;
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;
負責提交項目進展報告,建議書,需求文件并做演講;
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle;
指出項目成功的關(guān)鍵點,并將之通知項目各個環(huán)節(jié)的職能部門;
- Site visiting to determine the necessities of installation site;
實地考察項目現(xiàn)場，以明確實施過程中的必須要素;

任職要求：

- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
本科或以上學歷,機械工程或電子工程專業(yè)
- More than 5 years or more experiences in big mechanical engineering project management
5年以上大型機械工程項目管理的工作經(jīng)驗
- Prefer to high pressure die casting working experience or related
具有高壓壓力鑄造行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
及時有效地對項目調(diào)整、改變做出反應(yīng)
- Experience in personnel management;
有人員管理經(jīng)驗;
- Solid working knowledge of current internet technology;
扎實的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用知識;
- Familiar with MS office;

- Good English communication skills;

- 安裝調(diào)試壓鑄設(shè)備及其周邊設(shè)備(切邊機、定量爐、給湯機、機器人、取件手、傳送帶等)
- 排除設(shè)備的基本故障;
- 快速響應(yīng)客戶的緊急需求;
- 主動搜集市場信息;
- 提供銷售支持;
- 接待客戶常規(guī)拜訪

- 鑄造或機械工程專業(yè)
- 具備電氣、液壓氣動工程技術(shù)背景;

3. Software Engineer-Die Casting Machine軟件工程師-壓鑄設(shè)備（無錫）
|
職位描述 ：
|
|
- Programming of Die Casting controllers (Datanet and Datanet Ecoline) according to customer requirements
根據(jù)客戶的需求，為壓鑄設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)編程;
- Help in case of software problems in the field (support of CS);
提供軟件問題相關(guān)的技術(shù)支持(與客戶服務(wù)部門共同協(xié)作);
- Set validation criteria.;
設(shè)定驗證標準;
- Define and oversee test/validation plans;
確定并監(jiān)督測試及驗證方案;
- Provide technical expertise toward the resolution of shop and field problems;
從專業(yè)的角度，為車間生產(chǎn)提供技術(shù)支持;
- Create and maintain project management / resource management plans utilizing sound project management principles;
使用合理有效的項目管理原則，新建并維護項目管及資源管理計劃;
- Coach and lead junior engineers;

- Bachelor degree of Automation control or Computer language
本科學歷, 電氣自動化或計算機語言專業(yè)
- More than 5 years or more experiences in software and programming engineering;
至少5年工程軟件及編程方面的工作經(jīng)驗;
- Over 3 years experiences of C/C++, JAVA;
超過3年在C語言,C++,JAVA方面的經(jīng)驗;
- Familiar with MS office;
熟練運用MS office;
- Good English communication skills;
良好的英語溝通能力;
- Be team worker, leader, communicative, intelligent, balanced, technical.
